I hope you enjoy your purchase for many years to come.
If you have any questions or concerns upon receipt of your item please reach out to us via phone or email within 5 days and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received by DBFA and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or potential rejection of your refund based on the product's condition upon return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a full credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of receipt of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with pictures of the damage to donna@donnabernstein.com, along with all of your contact information and we will reach out to you promptly.
Return Shipping for Art If you have received damaged art please contact us immediately as all art shipments are fully insured! Please take photos of the damaged art and packaging immediately and email them to us at donna@donnabernstein.com. A return address for the art will be provided to you at that time.
The initial shipping costs for art delivered to you are included in your purchase. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your art item. Please include tracking and shipping insurance for your return.
Return Shipping for Fashion Products:
As shipping costs are included in your purchase, if you return an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.
